I love Wimpy. At this branch I noticed that the waiters are not very sharp. They do not bring the right orders and they are very slow. I saw and heard many frustrated customers. The waiters are maybe too young and immature and are too busy with socializing and other things and so they are not focussed.
More customers will come if you out in a better effort re service. People rather go to the restaurant next to Wimpy.
