RANDI did the unexpected thing today, yes I had a complain about the food but I told him I will let it slide since I know I never experience such at Wimpy..... When I was about to pay - the waitor came with the dessert to apologize🤗 oh man he touched my heart..... Oh hay guyz lookout for RANDI when you get the chance..... He's amazing, shout-out to good waitors🙏

After sitting down at another restaurant near yours today and waited 5 min just to be given a menu while the staff was playing around and making jokes we walked out and came to Wimpy. Under 1 min Latavia had us seated with menus and was ready to help us. We were so glad to see the professionalism and care shown to our family! Well done Wimpy staff and especially Thank you Latavia. You will see us again.

I am not sure why I haven’t reviewed this place sooner, as I’m here at least once a week.
The Somerset Mall Wimpy is easily my favorite go-to spot. Beyond the great food and the specials (which are always a win), it’s the people who make it special. The manager, Gwen, is a wonderful host who always makes me feel like family the moment I walk in. My favorite waitress, Amanda, provides exceptional service every single time. If you want warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be.
