Hi there, about 3 months I wrote a review regarding our awful experience with hygiene and cleanliness regarding finding hair that too hair in our food it was stumpy an curly, I was contacted by female named Nosipho and told to come to the store for complimentary milkshakes or meals I opted for the milkshakes Considering the horrific experience we had finding the hair in our food
Today I came bringing along my two kids, we were declined and told that "Nosipho" has resigned yet the female I was speaking too was named Nosipho I made the effort to come back to the store and bring my kids along to enjoy the complimentary milkshakes yet we were told they have no knowledge of it and there's nothing they can do expect take my number down

The store needs a revamp. A bit outdated. However the food and service is phenomenal. Nothing beats a wimpy burger. Perfect alone or with the whole family. The service is good and staff are trained well. Only thing they dont ask if must bring drinks with the meal, they bring it before the meal. Everything else is perfect
