We had a really lovely experience here. The parking area and building were exceptionally clean, neat and well maintained, with clearly marked parking bays and nothing looking broken or neglected. The staff were incredibly friendly, with several team members greeting us even though they weren't serving us. As it was Heritage Day, many were dressed in cultural clothing, which added a lovely touch. Our server was friendly and helpful. We had two vouchers to use. When the system gave us trouble, she immediately asked a colleague for assistance. She took the opportunity to ask detailed questions so she would know how to handle it herself in future. We were able to use both vouchers without any fuss. The food arrived quickly, hot and well presented. Overall a excellent service and a very pleasant experience.
