I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Wimpy in Cape Town Airport today, and I’d especially like to recognise Noeraan for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with such a warm and genuine greeting that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. She was attentive throughout my visit, regularly checking in to make sure everything was okay without ever being intrusive. My coffee arrived hot and perfectly prepared, and the overall service was simply excellent. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Noeraan is a fantastic representative of Wimpy — friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Thank you, Noeraan, for making my visit such a pleasant experience.
